  Saudi bourse band narrowed

In a move that took effect on Saturday, the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) has reduced he allowed percentage of fluctuation in the value of all shares from 10 per cent to  five  per cent.

  Shortage of liquidity hit Jordanian stock market
A shortage of liquidity has hit the Jordanian stock market in Amman, with the all share price index of the Amman Stock Exchange slipping 4.5 percent on Tuesday, bringing to 8.13 percent the total loss in two days of trading, according to the ASE daily report.

  Saudi stock market hit a record high
The Saudi stock market has crossed the 20,000 mark to hit a record high when the Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) closed on Tuesday to an all-time high of 20,061.69, up 137.91 points from Monday's closing.

  Saudi bourse 16th largest in world
The Saudi stock market is ranked 16th in terms of market domestic capitalisation of  $650.18 billion,  slightly behind Korea Stock Exchange and  ahead of the  Bombay stock market of India and bourses in Taiwan, Sao Paulo, Shanghai and Singapore, according to the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE).

  Emaar announces 40% dividend
Emaar Properties, one of the largest real estate developers in the UAE, has announced a 40 per cent cash dividend. The management of the company will place a formal recommendation to this effect at the annual general meeting of shareholders on March 8, and there is little doubt that it would be approved.
